Packaged Sensor
The Packaged Sensor has contains our flow sensing technology which uses a revolutionary MEMS nanowire. The free-standing nanowire has an extremely low thermal mass, which gives the sensor a fast response time, low power consumption, high accuracy, and low pressure drop. This configuration contains the MEMS die in a package with two surface mount pads for connectivity. It’s compatible with noncorrosive gases and is primarily intended for use in air.
The Bubble Detection Kit is used to detect air or gas bubbles in plastic tubes filled with liquid and is intended to prevent air infusions. The sensor has an extremely low thermal mass, which gives the sensor a fast response time, low power consumption, and high accuracy.

Evaluation Kit
The Evaluation Kit is a packaged hot-wire anemometer that can both measure gas flow rates and temperature with precision. It’s fast response times enable low duty operations to minimize power dissipation. Our kit also has automatic temperature compensation.
